Our Methodology & Strengths

  • We use a 5-Step Teaching Method: Clear learning goal, connect prior knowledge, demonstration / group activity, student interaction/speaking before action, independent work + application + daily assessment.
  • Teachers are regularly trained; assessments are both concept and skill based.
  • Facilities include: smart classes, language labs, computer labs, yoga, leadership & personality development classes, guest speaker sessions.

Governance & Management Structure

  • Founder & Trust / Board: Provides overall vision, sets policy, ensures that the school remains true to its heritage and mission.
  • Principal (Head of School): Day-to-day leadership of academics, staff development, culture & discipline, student welfare.
  • Academic Leadership / Education Coach: Monitors teaching quality, trains teachers, develops curriculum & assessments.
  • Support Departments: Facilities & infrastructure, student services, transport, administration, admissions.
  • Feedback Mechanisms: Guest speakers, parent feedback, teacher training loops, individual support for students.
